   At the beginning, the organizers conduct a short training session, during which they introduce the rules of the game, the objectives and the layout of the area. Participants are divided into teams, and each player is given the necessary equipment – a laser replica and hit sensors. This is the moment when everyone gets acquainted with the game space and receives instructions on safety and tactics.
2. Start of the Game
   The game starts simultaneously for all teams. Participants are free to move around the designated area, using the prepared obstacles and hiding places. Each team carries out its tasks – whether defending a specific point or going on the offensive to take over a strategic area. The key element is cooperation, communication and quick decision-making.
3. Action Phase
   During the gameplay, participants take part in dynamic clashes. The action can be varied with various tasks or tactical bonuses that change the course of the game and add an element of surprise. This phase relies on reflexes, precision and teamwork skills. Each hit of the opponent translates into team points, and the whole game is based on healthy competition and fair play.
4. Completion and Summary
   After the established time, the game is completed. The organizers announce the results, and then conduct a brief discussion of the game. Participants have the opportunity to share impressions, exchange observations and point out elements that can be improved. During the debriefing, prizes are also awarded to the best players or teams.

I. General Provisions

1. These Regulations set out the rules for the organization and conduct of the Laser Tag tournament (hereinafter referred to as the “tournament”).
2. The organizer of the tournament is the Academy of Tactical Culture Foundation.
3. Participation in the tournament means acceptance of all provisions of these regulations.

II. Security

1. Before the start of the game, each participant receives instructions on the safe use of equipment and rules of movement in the game area.
2. Participants are required to follow the instructions of the organizers and instructors.
3. All equipment (laser replicas, hit sensors) is checked before the start of the game.
4. It is forbidden to modify the equipment or use it in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.

III. Rules of the Game

1. The game begins after briefing and assigning participants to teams.
2. The game consists in hitting opponents with laser replicas. The hit is registered by sensors placed on the players’ equipment.
3. Each participant should play according to the rules of fair play – avoid aggressive behavior and cheating.
4. The course of the game and scoring are determined by the organizers and are subject to their interpretation.

IV. Rights and Responsibilities of Participants

1. The participant has the right to take part in the games after reading the rules and signing a consent to participate.
2. The participant is obliged to:

   • Comply with safety rules and regulations.

   • Comply with the instructions of the organizers and instructors.

   • To take care of the equipment entrusted to him.

3. In case of violation of the rules and regulations or failure to comply with safety rules, the organizer has the right to exclude the participant from further participation in the games.

V. Final Provisions

1. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules before the start of the tournament.
2. Any situation not covered by these rules shall be decided by the organizer.
3. Participation in the tournament is tantamount to consent to the processing of personal data for purposes related to the organization and conduct of the event.
4. Any comments on the conduct of the tournament should be reported directly to the organizer.
